DNV Consultation
Let’s talk everything Digital Nomad Visa! We can assess your work setup and situation, explain all of the newest rule changes and interpretations, and figure out if you are fully eligible (and if not, make a game plan on how to GET you eligible). You can also use this call for Renewal information, if you are up for that soon, as all of the newest rules will now apply for your renewal.
The €50 fee will be discounted from the package price of the Full DNV Service or Renewal Service, making the call free in those instances.
DIY Submission
Did you do all of your homework, collect every document, and you are VERY CERTAIN that they are all exactly what is required for your application for the digital nomad residency in Spain? Do you just not have a NIE and Digital Certificate, so you want someone to submit the documents for you and report back when there is a decision or a request for more documents? Then this is your package.
Note that this is STRICTLY for submission of your already-prepared documents, we won’t review or read through them, we won’t provide feedback on their validity, we will only send in exactly what you have, as-is. This package is ONLY for those who are confident they have exactly what is needed and do not want or need advisory services. In the event the application is rejected and you would like further assistance in a re-submission, Review & Submission fees will apply.

Full Document Review & Call
This two-part service includes an independent review of your document package, with an explanatory face-to-face call going over each document you have in comparison to each requirement. We’ll tell you if what you have matches what you need, and if not, tell you what to get and how to get it. For anyone self-submitting, this is a solid way to be sure you have everything you need (and backup documents to be prepared for whatever extras are currently being asked for). You’ll send your documents via dropbox or Google Drive, and we will be ready with a full breakdown by the date of your call. Please book the call for at least 1 WEEK from sending your documents.
Accuracy is the full responsibility of the applicant. Though we will conduct a review and advise, we were not part of the gathering stage and are not responsible for errors or omissions. Use this package if you are confident in your knowledge of what is required.

Full Review & Submittal Service
This includes access to the DIY Service, but without your need to obtain a NIE or Digital Certificate in Spain for submittal. We will also:
Conduct a one-time review of your document package, with feedback on the strength of the submission. You can choose to make adjustments if desired.
Submit your documents and check daily on the status, and then notify you if you receive a request for more documentation.
If further documentation is requested, we will explain the request, upload your additional documents, and continue to monitor for the final notification.
If UGE takes more than 20 business days, we will write and submit your request for approval on Administrative Silence.

Full DNV Service
The entire process, done for you. This full DNV service includes the first two packages, plus a full review of all documents well before submission and as they are collected, personal service from our team, submission, and follow-up after submission. Includes assistance with explaining and submitting any additional requested documents, and TIE assistance after approval if desired. It is preferred to contract this service at least 3 months in advance of the desired application date. We can facilitate translations, but the translator’s fees are not included, nor are government fees for application.

Renewal Service
(Autónomo)
This DNV renewal service includes a custom walkthrough and a full review of all documents well before submission and as they are collected, personal service from our team, submission, and follow-up after submission. Includes assistance with explaining and submitting any additional requested documents, and TIE renewal assistance after approval if desired. We can facilitate translations, but the translator’s fees are not included, nor are government fees for application.
*dependent applications incur an additional fee, and this service is currently only available for self-employed renewals - for employee renewals with a Certificate of Coverage, we can refer you to our preferred provider.
