Conquer Your Application
The DNV application is DIFFICULT. We've long said that no one should self-apply for it. And though we still believe most should hire a representative, there are WARRIORS out there who we see trudging through the fields of misinformation every day of the week to try and put their own applications together. We started developing these comprehensive guided courses out of the sheer devastation we have seen time and time again when someone attempted to self-apply and missed a small step or requirement that derailed their application and upended their plans. This course bridges the gap between "a few grand for an attorney" and "free, but I missed something and got a denial".
With this tool, you can skip dodgy social media and hallucinating ChatGPT. It's purely based on facts and exactly what is accepted by the government, with a very clear plan from your first document to your last translation. If you get through it and decide you should have had assistance, you can decide to have us submit for you (and deduct the cost of the course from our fees). Developed with attorney supervision and with help directly from Spain's Large Business Unit (UGE-CE) — you'll never be left hanging. This is the only TRULY "step by step" walkthrough of its kind that exists.
Signup and Eligibility Check
When you click into the Course Platform, you will create a free account and be presented with a mandatory Eligibility Questionnaire. Fill this out as accurately as possible so we can verify that you are in fact eligible for the DNV - and if not or if something needs to be tweaked, we will be able to give you your options. We won’t let you buy the course if it would not lead you to a possible approval!
2. Confirmation and Course Ownership
Once you’ve heard back from our team that you’re eligible, you can go ahead and check out. When you own the course, your ownership is for the life of the course - and every time rules are adjusted by the UGE here in Spain, your course will be updated (and you will be notified) in real time to ensure that when you are ready to submit, you have all of the right documents.

Every time UGE releases new requirements, changes requirements, or begins asking for oddball things repeatedly in the middle of the application process, we discuss with our legal team and with UGE directly to modify the courses in real-time for you. All course editions updated with latest UGE Conference details. This included rule changes and re-interpretations, including removal of the 183-day residency requirement for DNV holders!
10 February, 2026
Both editions of the US course, and the Remote Employee course for UK Citizens have been updated and migrated to the new platform. Everyone who currently owns those 3 courses has been notified and given access. UK Self-Employed should be migrated in early March.

We are close to releasing our brand new UPGRADED course platform, and we will send out links to all current course owners to change over for free in the coming 2 weeks. Due to popular demand, we have started building a step by step, comprehensive NLV COURSE to assist those who have decided to go it alone in this often confusing visa with recent rule changes. Planned for release in late February. The first version will be USA-Only, followed by UK if demand is there.

We are in-process on a new release of the US Citizens' W2 EMPLOYEE COURSE! We have new guidance for the Certificate of Coverage from our attorney, and will give you the template for it in the course.

Paused access to the US Citizen "W2/Remote Employee" course after UGE changed their former acceptance of the US Social Security Administration's Certificate of Coverage for W2 employees. Awaiting guidance and if we can add a strategy to continue submitting these.
Changed the Non-US course for remote employees to reflect that UGE now only accepts this work setup with a Certificate of Coverage from 3 places: Canada, the UK, and Russia.
